Adding icing sugar or cornflour may effectfinal result.
•We recommend a heavy crumb cake (mud cake, butter cake etc)rather than light crumb (sponge) to support weight of fondant cover
.•Smooth crumbcoat cake and chill in the fridge before covering.
•Store fondant at room temperature, away from the direct sunlight
