Adding on to an Order you have just submitted

We all forget items sometimes and often we only remember after an order has been submitted. If you have submitted and paid for your order it cannot be added on to. 

The best course of action is to create a new order for the missing items.  When selecting the Delivery Option please select " Add to Existing Unshipped Order" and in the + Add Delivery Instructions area below please note the number of the unshipped order that you would like to add to. This option will not charge you for any additional shipping provided that the add ons do not substantially change the shipping weights and dimensions. If there is a problem we will contact you.

Please note that this can only be done if your existing order has not been dispatched.
